Oktopost sends requests to your systems from fixed IP addresses in each account region. If a firewall, Salesforce org, or FTP server allows traffic only from those addresses, add both addresses for your region.
From Fri, Nov 14, 2026, outbound calls can use either address for your account region. Allowlist both, or some calls will fail.

Use the addresses for the region where your account is hosted. Accounts that sign in at app.oktopost.com use the US addresses. Accounts that sign in at eu-app.oktopost.com use the Europe addresses. If you allowlist both regions, keep every current address and add both new addresses.
