Streams lets you monitor social activity and engage using the connected profile or page for that stream.
Engagement profile
When you create a stream, you select a profile or page. That same profile or page is used when you engage with posts in the stream.
Assigning conversations from Streams
To assign a conversation to a team member:
- In Streams, click the three-dots menu on a conversation.
- Select Assign to.
- Choose a teammate (a green dot indicates they are online).
- Optionally, add a note.
- Click Assign.
Each conversation can be assigned to one team member. Other teammates can be mentioned and notified.
After you assign a conversation, an Assigned to link appears on the post. Anyone viewing that post on any stream can see the link.
