Viewing Competitor Social Posts in Marketing Intelligence

View your competitors' organic social media activity using the Social section of Marketing Intelligence. This feature displays posts from Facebook and X (formerly Twitter), helping you understand content strategies, analyze engagement, and observe social media trends.

Viewing Social Posts and Post Feed

The Social section provides a comprehensive post feed in a vertical card format. Each card shows the content, performance score, and engagement metrics—such as likes, comments, and reshares. Posts are organized by company and network.

Performance Score

Each post is assigned a performance score from 1 to 100, allowing you to quickly gauge engagement levels across different platforms. This score helps you identify which content resonates most with audiences.

Post Overlay and Go to Post

Click on any post card to open a detailed overlay. You can view full content, images or videos, and extended engagement metrics within this overlay. To see the original post on Facebook or X, click the publish date. This opens the post in a new browser tab.

Filters

Use filters at the top of the section to refine results. You can narrow down by:

  • Company
  • Network
  • Date Range

These filters enable you to focus on specific platforms or time periods of interest.

Ask AI: Social Analysis

Click the Ask AI button to gain deeper insights into competitors' social strategies. You have access to two analysis options:

  • Posting Trends: Displays each company's trend, helping identify patterns across networks.
  • Social Strategy: Breaks down strategy by company and network, highlighting key themes, content types, and posting times.
