How to Set Up Email Nurture Tracks
Nurture tracks enable you to gather marketing emails from your competitors for in-depth analysis.
To create a new nurture track:
Navigate to the Emails section.
- Click "Add Nurture Track."
In the pop-up window:
- Select a Company.
- Choose a Campaign Type such as Newsletter, Signup, or Request Demo.
Click Generate Email — this action will create a unique email address.
Click the Copy Button to copy the email address.
Click Save.
Go to the competitor's website and use this email address to sign up for the competitor's content.
Important
When you remove a company, all associated data and emails are deleted permanently. Ensure backups are complete before removal.Other Key Features in the Emails Section
Nurture Track List
At the top of the Emails section, you'll find a list of your active Nurture Tracks. Each track card displays:
- Track Category (e.g., Newsletter, Request Demo)
- Last Email Received
- Total Emails Collected
Click a track to expand and view the full list of collected emails. Use the pencil icon to edit a track or the trash can icon to delete it.
Latest Emails Feed
Below the Nurture Track list, the Latest Emails section shows all received emails in chronological order, across all tracks. This provides a running feed of new competitor communications.
Email Overlay Viewer
Click on any email in the list to open a full overlay view. This displays the complete email layout, including images, formatting, and links.
Clickable Links
All links inside the email are fully functional. Click to visit the destination landing page, CTA, or linked content, just as a real recipient would experience.
Filters
Narrow down results using filters by Company and Date Range to analyze specific campaigns or competitors.
