If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow the steps below.
From the Login Page
- Go to app.oktopost.com or eu-app.oktopost.com, depending on your region.
- Click “Forgot your password?” below the login fields.
- Enter your email address and click “Send Reset Instructions.”
- Check your inbox for an email from Oktopost. Click the reset link in the message.
- Choose a new password and confirm.
