How to set up two-factor authentication?

Oktopost allows you to add another layer of protection to your account by using two-factor authentication (2FA) with an authenticator app like Google Authenticator.

Note that the 2FA settings will not apply if single sign-on (SSO) is set up and required.

To enable two-factor authentication, go to My Profile > 2FA and scan the QR code using your authenticator app.

Then, copy the verification code from the authenticator app into Oktopost and click Save.

Next, copy the recovery codes and keep them safe. You can use the recovery codes in case your authenticator app is unavailable. Note that you can use each code once. When the codes run out, the system will automatically send you new codes.

That's it. Next time you sign in to Oktopost, you will be prompted to enter a verification code that can be copied and pasted from your authenticator app or recovery codes.
